Mosed Corporation is currently looking for a WEB DESIGNER with above-average technical and creative skills to build, develop and design the interface, navigation and aesthetic website of one of its client’s websites, Sporting News. He/she will work closely with the web development and design team and will be primarily focused on understanding the business and visual objectives of the client to create effective design solutions.
Core Responsibilities:
- Design engaging and responsive landing pages
- Employ industry and design best practice through website build process
- Conduct website testing
- Liaise with back-end and front-end developers to ensure web and UI/UX logic is properly integrated
- Ensure website function and stability across devices i.e. desktop, mobile, tablet
- Work with marketing and research teams to incorporate brand elements and relevant market research findings into website
- Provide internal support and external customer service throughout the build and launch process of the website
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Web Design, Digital Media or Graphic Design
- Minimum 3 years relevant work experience using Adobe Suite, Content Management System (CMS) like WordPress / Drupal / dotCMS
- Excellent visual design skills and proficiency in

- Adobe Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Experience in UI / UX
- Demonstrable design skills with a strong digital portfolio required

Mosed Corporation is looking for a Senior Customer Service Agent for one of its clients, an asset-management platform that offers a one-stop solution to organize, manage and track the real-time values of users’ assets (property, vehicles, shares, wine, art, coins, memorabilia to name a few). The ideal candidate will provide customer service to all pre-subscribers and subscribers of the client’s platform.
Core Responsibilities:
- Handle all kinds of customer inquiries via different channels, including phone call, email, live chat, instant messenger, and social media
- Lead a small team of customer service agents
- Work with other teams in different countries
- Monitor the service quality via the ticketing and recording systems
- Streamline the daily customer service operation to provide quick response
- Improve the customer experience in using MyAssets platform in both web and mobile application
- Assist any duties assigned by the management
Requirements:
- College/University graduate of any 4-year course
- Minimum 3 years experience in customer service field, preferable in telecom/banking/ internet service industry
- Familiar with Zendesk operation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent team leading skills
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Good command in English, other languages would be an advantage
- Willing to work on shift, including night and overnight shift, including public holidays
